Illustrations from Paris Fashion Week - Day 1
I had the most amazing experience at London Fashion Week illustrating for Fashion Scout's blog. This is because I was doing something I love and am super passionate about and had so much creative responsibility. I enjoyed running from hair and make-up rooms, to back stage of the catwalk to the show itself, all to get the best inspiration for my illustrations. I hope that you enjoy the illustrations as much as I enjoyed creating them!
Illustrating for Fashion Scout at London Fashion Week has made me realise that fashion illustration is something that I really wish to pursue as a career. I am currently looking for work in illustration, probably freelance, but a full time job would be amazing.
As well as working London Fashion Week, I also worked London Fashion Weekend. My role was being part of the general staff and making sure that the public was looked after. This was enjoyable and I throughly enjoyed being part of a busy, high fashion atmosphere and contributing to the bigger outcome. I got some great street style images from LFW and LFWend that I want to do illustrations of , but haven't yet had the time, so that will be coming soon. I also have a lot of things that I want to illustrate from Milan Fashion week, but in the meantime, it is currently Paris Fashion Week and I have decided to illustrate each day the highlights from some shows. I wish that I could be in Paris as I had been in London, then I would have more fluid images to inspire me; maybe next season I will be lucky enough.

A touch of red.
At the moments I am loving outfits with a touch of red, mainly a monochrome outfit and red lips. Maybe its because of the Revlon matte red lipstick that I got for my birthday or maybe its because I have seen a lot of images with beautiful girls donning the red lips i.e. Robin Thicke's new music video Blurred lines staring models Emily Ratajkowski, Jessi M'Bengue and Elle Evans.

I love this beautiful Elle Vietnam beauty edit 'SUNKISSED'.

Sunkissed is exactly the tone of the shoot. Natural, earthy, pure and simple finished off with a golden glow.
One of the images in this editorial inspired me to illustrate the image below! I wonder if you can guess which one it is?

Purity
WOW. Here are head shots of some of the "super models" that we know and love at the begging of their career with out any makeup on. Stunning, pure and innocent looking.
Casting director Douglas Perrett of COACD released the Polaroid pictures (taken from 2000- 2010) of the future models in their first casting in a book called "Wild Things".

Amazing Threesome
Rihanna described working with Kate Moss and Mario Testino as an amazing threesome for the super-sexy V Magazine shoot which is due to hit newsagents on 28th February.
Currently on the cover of Love magazine with one of the most striking images I have seen in a long time, I just can't seem to get enough of Kate Moss at the moment.

An iridescent summer
Beautiful iridescent materials are slowly showing up in the high street stores for SS13.
I personally cannot wait to spend hot and dry summer days at a cocktail bar wearing simple white dress and iridescent accessories.

I'V BEEN WAITING LONG ENOUGH
FINALLY got my little mitts on Love magazine. I'v been waiting in suspense for it to be released. I managed to find a store which stocked the Kate Moss cover which was perfect as this is the cover I was after.
My next few days reading this are going to be amazing, I haven't been this excited about a magazine in a while.

This issue hits new stands on 4th of February and I will be the first in the queue to hunt for the Kate Moss cover shoot by Mert & Marcus.
.Long term supermodel Kate Moss shares from cover with up and coming star Cara Delevingne alongside many other personalities in the "The Clean Issue".
I have used these image specifically as I find them rich and inspiring.
