Well summer is well and truly over, and what better way to get over the summer blues than to buy new bits for the cold months to come.

My three favourite items of the moment...

I cannot get enough of this look... 

Im currently in love with the colour emerald green and predicting it to be a hot colour for this Spring/ Summer 13. 

The eyes shadow has a golden glow because of Mac "Gorgeous Gold" was used for first base eye shadow. Urban Decay "Graffiti" shadow was then blended into the gold.

To complement the warm tones in the eye shadow I'v chose the Topshop "OHH LA LA" lipstick. This lipstick is one of my favourites and I wear on day-to-day basis.  

Sequin Sunday

Today has been all about sequins.

My friend who study's make-up and beauty needed a model today to test shoot on. Of course I said yes to helping. Any excuse to pose in front of the camera.

The concept of the shoot was "Exaggerated bindi". Bindis, sequins and glitter on the body all make me think of hot summers at carnivals and festivals, where there are no boundaries for bright colours and creativity.
